Flash Dryer
SBAFules Flash Dryer is designed to dry a wide range of raw materials. The dryer uses Pneumatic Conveying for drying the raw material having moisture content from 25% to 40%. Ecostan manufactures two types of flash dryers: Single Pass Dryer & Double Pass Dryer. These dryers are essential for the further processing of biomass.
Single Pass Dryer: This dryer is used when the raw material has the moisture content upto 25%. These single pass dryers are designed for rapid drying and moisture reduction in biomass materials
Double Pass Dryer: This dryer is used when the raw material has the moisture content upto 40%. The double pass dryer provides a two-stage drying process for thorough moisture drying.
